| Breezy winds from the west to northwest will start to speed up Thursday. While there will be strong winds over and west of the James River Valley, the strongest wind gusts will occur mainly in areas west of the Missouri River. Central and northeast SD could see winds gusting up to 35 to 45 mph. Make sure to secure loose objects that could be blown around and drive high profile vehicles with caution. |
