| Storms return Thursday afternoon from 2-8 PM EDT, a few of which could be severe bringing strong damaging winds and large hail as the main severe threat. Areas along and north of I-64 have a Marginal Risk for severe weather. Otherwise, the main threat for everyone else is lightning, heavy downpours, and localized flash flooding. |
