| For this afternoon, there is a 20-40 percent chance of thunderstorms along the Cascades and the ID/MT border. Thunderstorm chances continue on Saturday afternoon and evening, but are lower and extend into SE Washington and the lower ID Panhandle. Possible hazards include fire starts, heavy downpours, outflow winds up to 30 mph, and possible debris flows near steep terrain and burn scars. |
